I have been a customer of Heirlooms Forever for at least 30 years. I have always had a wonderful experience! Everyone is so polite and helpful .....I started sewing/smocking for my children all those years ago with the help and guidance from a very sweet lady that is still an employee there. She is now helping me with sewing/smocking for my new granddaughter. I love this place and all the people there!!
I was visiting my Aunt and Uncle in Starkville MS and my aunt and I made a trip to the store, it was my second time in 6 yrs to go shop. The ladies were all helpful and asked if I needed any help with my choices. I had gotten an embroidery disc and saw the finished item on display. I came out with a bag full of goodies to take back to Texas with me. Wonderful store and staff!
I can't say enough about this store. I am not a seamstress, I do vinyl projects but I love going here. The staff members are always so helpful and friendly. I asked about a embroidery machine one of my last visits. The lady that helped me was very informative. Never once have I not been greeted with a smile. I will shop here for a long time to come!!

I was in the store today and was treated horribly by one of the employees. My husband and I have been debating buying a 10 needle embroidery machine to add to my business. While checking out a machine, I heard someone ask, "May I help you?" I turned around and explained that I wanted to know if the display model had a camera to view the sewing area. I am new to Tupelo and so delighted to find Heirlooms Forever! Such a lovely store and lovely people – a rarity!! I had planned to go in and check out their store when I had time… but I wound up having a "sewing machine emergency" when I was halfway through an urgent project. Kathy and Rocco looked at my machine immediately, determined what parts were needed, and got me running on a temporary basis until the part came in. This is a wonderful place to do business! I just bought my second embroidery machine. The staff is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the store. I have been shopping here since they were on West Main.
Awesome service! Nice place to get your sewing machine repair also beautiful items to choose from and matter what your problem may be they can FIX it!
