wouldn’t use this place , can’t resize rings to save there life , they also damage your jewelry then claim they haven’t done it , took it there to be fixed. came back to pick it up. it hadn’t been touched and had to physically have the bloke out the back who actually makes jewelry fix it … after dealing with miss karen up front standing at a computer, no idea, wasn’t there when i had the work done but felt the need to yell her 2 cents , when all she needed to worry about was a new hairdresser. so from the unprofessional beha... read more
I purchased my sugar Blush Pink wedding band on their website last year. Due to no fault of the jewellers my parcel went missing. I cannot put into words how incredibly amazing Michael and the team were in chasing up with the delivery company to fix the situation. I will be forever grateful and thankful for all they have done.
