I had an amazing experience at Heirloom Jewellers. Michael and Jess were incredibly helpful in guiding me to find the perfect engagement ring. Their craftsmanship is outstanding—they designed and made the ring, and the result was absolutely stunning. Throughout the process, they were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about creating something special. I couldn’t be happier with the quality and service. Highly recommend if you’re looking for trustworthy jewellers. I will be shopping there for life.

Thank you for the wonderful service! I have a ring from this jewelry store, and I’m very happy with it. When I came back six months later to ask if they could clean it along with a few of my older pieces (which I didn’t purchase from them), they gladly cleaned all of them for free! I also brought in another ring, which is over 10 years old, not from this store, but very dear to me. They took it in for repair and assured me they could fix it. Highly recommend this place!

Update: there was no resolution proposed, only for me to pay 2000 dollars more for it to be in 585, which is not going to fix the problem that I was not told it was not proper gold in the first place, and I specifically asked this question. 375 technically is not gold, but 62,5% other metals, so it was consultant's obligation not to lie that it was to the customer. No refund was offered, so I don't know which resolution and unfairness you are talking about, the only resolution here is that it was poor customer service and tr... read more
