We recently toured 6 buildings in the area as we are relocating from out of state, and Hailee in leasing was a complete standout for us -- she was so welcoming and knowledgeable. Out of all of the buildings, it was far and away the best experience we had after an exhausting 36 hours. I couldn't be happier with Heirloom Flats. Management is best in the business, and the team is made up of helpful, caring, and considerate people. Further, maintenance is quick and responsive to everything. The people who live here make up a great community and the amenities provide something for everyone.
From the moment Hailee Dufour greeted me, her professional, kind spirit put me at ease...going through the application process was smooth with Ms. Dufours superpower patients with me...we got it done..I'm fully committed and excited about this new chapter in my 63 years. Cannot say enough good things about Heirloom Flats. This is the longest I have ever lived in an apartment complex. The staff is wonderful, they are attentive, knowledgeable, and SO personable. The community is amazing with multiple events per month (that actually get a lot of attendance!) there is no shortage of interaction with your neighbors. We honestly wish we could buy a unit here!
