The former manager knew how to manage a building. She was always updating & making improvements. She never would have tolerated the abuse to the landscaping & building & the excessive noise from the dogs. Now the building is falling apart. Nothing has been updated since the early 2000’s (except for accommodations for dogs) The carpeting in the hallway is over 17 years old. The gym is outdated. The elevators always break. There are always issues with the package room & a lot of times it’s just left open without any security.... read more
I was a resident but I’ve been so unhappy with the way the building had gone so far down hill! I have found a new apartment from looking on the different apartment listings and I was curious to see what was written about Heinz Lofts. It’s interesting that a positive review on this page was written by Linnaea who is the manager of the building and the way that she’s praising the “dog friendly “ building, the “dog wash area”, the events, and “costume contests for the children and the dogs!!” She also compliments the buildin... read more
The building manager allows for the residents to let their dogs defecate and urinate all through the landscaping and all over the building and she knows that they don’t clean up after their dogs. It smells awful! The inside of the building stinks like dirty dogs. The building is unsanitary and it’s not covid ready.
I had a review on Google but after I tried to reply to the management’s response it disappeared. Point being, it’s out of control with the dogs. I couldn’t enter or exit the building or walk through the parking lot without being blocked by multiple large dogs, some were aggressive. There was nowhere to sit, due to the seating (intended for humans) being taken up by the dogs and their owners.
