This jewelry store employees are not following the mandate by the State of Ohio to wear face coverings during this pandemic. They were rude about it when I asked why. They simple said their boss said they didn’t have to. I guess their boss is above the law?
I do not recommend Heins Jewelers for watch repair. Took my Seiko in around the 3rd of May and they advised they would have watch repair contact me with an estimate. About a week later Heins called and gave me the cost for repair and I told them to proceed. Two more weeks went by and the repair was not done so I contacted them several times, each time I was told it will take awhile. I have a class ring that is very special to me. After 22 years of wear it flattened out and broke on the underside. I took it to a couple jewelers who said it was a lost cause because it was too worn and repairs would cause the diamond to fall out. I was devastated because it has a lot of sentimental value. My fiance and I are getting married June 1. We ordered one of our wedding bands from them and were told they would be ready in 3 weeks. 4.5 weeks later we still have not heard from them so I stopped in to check on the progress. They said the order was still there and the rings not in yet, could take a few days to a few more weeks! My wedding is at this point in 4 days! Way to put a bride in panic days before her wedding!
