I had knee replacement surgery, and it came out horrible, it is crooked and very painful every second id agony.
Dr Heiner is very knowledgeable about what he does. My shoulder surgery was very successful. He has great bedside manner and very personable. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
We had an appointment on a Saturday at 7:00 a.m. and we arrived a few minutes early and they took us back within a reasonable amount of time but then they left us in a patient room for over 2 hours and then when the doctor finally came in Dr heiner he was dismissive rude and we did not feel like he listened to anything we said and basically was very quick to act like there were no options available for help and he had a horrible bedside manner he was abrasive had horrible bedside manner and after making us wait for so long w... read more
Dr. Heiner is the best. He did my knee replacement in Sept. 2024 and the knee is fantastic and everything was explained in detail. Knee is so good that I can walk faster than my husband now! He tells me to slow down. Dr. Heiner is the only Orthopedic doctor that I will ever let near my bones again! Thank you Dr. Heiner.
This doctor may be nice but he has the worst staff. They are rude, arrogant and could care less about your medical needs. Getting an appointment is months out. Checking in is always a huge problem since the front desk is very inadequately equipped to handle the largely “retired” crowd, with patience and dignity. The front desk always treats the elderly with much disdain. His nurse is always angry and never glad to see or wants to help you. The front office staff was very helpful, and Lisa was great to work with. Dr. Heiner arrived to our appointment in a timely manner. The appointment was to discuss a knee replacement.
I have had a knee replacement and a hip replacement. Both by Dr Heiner. He is caring and professional. I wouldn't want anyone else messing with my joints. Both function perfectly.
He replaced my hip and I was able to resume my life without pain!
Dr Heiner is very thorough, explaining in detail my diagnosis and what surgery would involve. He is caring, respectful, and professional in every way, giving excellent care.
