This doctor may be nice but he has the worst staff. They are rude, arrogant and could care less about your medical needs. Getting an appointment is months out. Checking in is always a huge problem since the front desk is very inadequately equipped to handle the largely “retired” crowd, with patience and dignity. The front desk always treats the elderly with much disdain. His nurse is always angry and never glad to see or wants to help you. The front office staff was very helpful, and Lisa was great to work with. Dr. Heiner arrived to our appointment in a timely manner. The appointment was to discuss a knee replacement.
I have had a knee replacement and a hip replacement. Both by Dr Heiner. He is caring and professional. I wouldn't want anyone else messing with my joints. Both function perfectly.
He replaced my hip and I was able to resume my life without pain!
Dr Heiner is very thorough, explaining in detail my diagnosis and what surgery would involve. He is caring, respectful, and professional in every way, giving excellent care.
On paper Dr. Heiner makes himself out to be a super star when in reality he is a mediocre surgeon in a town of terrible surgeons. Not only is he supposititiously arrogant, his nurse rude and uneducated, his facility and techniques are very antiquated. He is afraid to take on challenging cases which turned out to be a blessing. If you are in need of specialized orthopedic care please take the drive to Vegas or Scottsdale. It may just save your life.
This doctor has been a waiste our time, more concerned with making money, than helping his patients, I've never ever posted a complaint, but this guy deserves it! Quak!
My mom had a traumatic fall with Dr, Heiner doing repair of her fractured hip. She has been hospitalized over a month now and her hip has displaced twice she has a post op infection, and no one ever bothered to find out that her other hip was also fractured, so we have a month and she has not been treated for her left hip. I am a nurse in CA and I took her out to CA to rehab which she never made it to because of the pain on the journey home so she was taken to my hospital ER. Having surgery now
Had knee replacement 6 weeks ago and can move my knee from 0 degrees to 135 degrees easily. Wish you had an attachment for photos so I could send a photo!
