Dr Tori is absolutely amazing. My daughter had her top wisdom teeth taken out, Dr Tori himself called and checked on her and she did has some trouble with medications which was not Dr Toris fault at all but He was on top of getting her some medication that would work with her. I highly recommend.
Hands down the best experience you could possibly ask for. Went in on a Friday morning for Dr. Tory Heine to remove 4 wisdom teeth. I’ve never had to have anything like this done in my life and he and his team made it seamless and comfortable the whole time. Called me on a Sunday to ask about well being which I never expected but appreciate! Also it only took like 25-30 mins and I was on the way home. Don’t keep shopping, just come here you will be taken care of and happy with the end result every time!
I just tried reaching out to them on behalf of one of their patient's and the customer service is non existent. The girl that answered was very rude but she transferred me to Melissa. Melissa in insurance was beyond rude. I do not understand how you can function in business and have no customer service at all. I am trying to make sure they get paid and they don't seem to care. Do better Heine, Heine & Bowles Oral Surgery.
Have had extractions by Dr. Bowles on 2 different occasions. He’s so very nice and gentle. I had them both by just local numbing. No pain afterwards!!! All the staff are AWSOME also. Second time I went I spelt my large Sonic unsweetened tea all in my lap driving. It’s winter, I was freezing. The girls got towels for me to dry off best I could, then while in dental chair they put warm blankets on me. Love them all!
Let me start this off by saying I’m the biggest scaredy cat when it comes to dental work. I had a tooth that was excruciatingly painful and HAD to come out, but my regular dentist was unfortunately on vacation. He referred me to Dr. Heine, and his staff was able to work me in remarkably quickly. I was incredibly anxious as a new patient, but my experience was seamless from start to finish.
