Worst experience ever with a dental office... Felt the whole process... Do not recommend to anyone.... Highly dissatisfied.AND I WOKE UP DURING PROCEDURE WHEN HE WASNT FINISHED. THEN TOLD ME TO SHUT UP. Because i was freaking out that i woke up during it.
The kindest and gentlest surgeon around. My son had 5 teeth extracted and Dr.Heine did a wonderful job. He even called to check on him.
What a wonderful and caring staff. Everyone at the office went above and beyond what is expected of a office staff.

My 16-year old daughter had all 4 of her wisdom teeth extracted at Heine and Heine Oral Surgery. I can't say enough good things about this medical facility!! Dr. Tory Heine, you really made my daughter feel comfortable as she could possibly be before her procedure. And the fact that you personally called that evening to check on her really speaks loudly for the concern you have for your patients!! I had to have a bad tooth pulled; and I'm terrified of the dentist. I was referred here. Everyone in the lobby was extremely nice. Once I got called back the doctor came in and introduced himself to me and explained what he was going to do. I told them I was scared and wanted to be knocked out. They gave me the IV and gas, once I went under I don't remember a thing until I woke up on my couch at home later. He even called around 6, and checked on me that night to see how I was doing.
