RecommendedWithout a doubt the best coffee shop in the Louisville area, in my opinion! Love the unique atmosphere here and haven't had anything I didn't like. Especially fond of the Vint Julep, hot or Iceberg, depending on the season.
no stars traveling through to Florida in our Tesla stopped to charge across the street with our special needs child and her service dog. Went to counter to start our order, female staff told me that our dog was not allowed and argued about ADA laws that she knows nothing about. We waited on our second child and left feeling like we were in a hostile atmosphere. BTW.. the Bakery at Sullivan University was awesome.

Great product. Horrible service. I have never heard anyone in the drive thru say thank you or your welcome.
A little irritated. I get to the window and they asked if I got something that I didn't get at all. I was like no I got the iced americano assuming they already rang in my order. I ordered an iced americano with mocha and a banana chocolate chip muffin!! I paid and only got my drink after she made it while the guy was just standing there on his phone. Ordered a hot apple cider and a beekeeper blended drink. The apple cider was supposed to be original and I got a lukewarm ginger flavored drink that did not taste like cider at all. Very disappointed �

Every time I come in this Heine bros the Icebergs are made differently. When i found out heine bros made something close to a frappacino i was thrilled. I could stop supporting Starbucks and start supporting a local business. And other Heine bros I've tried around the city were always on point. But as this is the closest one to my house I've visited it quite frequently. And every time the icebergs are different. Either too strong a coffee flavor or not enough or watered down.
