Other than the rude manager who has absolutely terrible people skills the place is not bad. Several of us would meet there to get coffee and snacks and play chess. This is the only location in the franchise that has a manager who has an attitude towards our particular minority group. It’s actually sad how obvious she discriminates against our group especially when other customers come to us and express their feelings about it as well. The coffee here is the smoothest I've ever tasted and the atmosphere is really nice as well, very cozy, charming & relaxing. I live in Ohio but come to Louisville periodically & I always make a stop at Heine Bros when I do. Long live Heine Bros! ❤

Whichever Heine Bro’s you go to , get their largest frozen cappuccino with an extra shoe of espresso . Yummy awesomeness . When opening up the kitchen at Brendan O’Shea’s , on a sunday morning , in the mid to late 2000s it was a yummy boost .
