Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The lack of communication throughout the process was concerning, and there were multiple errors in the closing documents. On the day of closing, we received no confirmation regarding the wiring information, which added unnecessary stress and confusion. Additionally, our closing coordinator failed to send fully executed documents, and we had to follow up ourselves to obtain them. Overall, the process felt poorly coordinated and did not meet our expectations.

We closed on our home here and needed our title paperwork amended more recently. After several failed attempts to get in touch with them via phone and email we never heard back so we gave up and went with someone else.

They ultimately got the job done, but my closing experience with Heights Title was uncoordinated and impersonal. Their communication was generally poor. They never checked in with us (buyers) during the necessary steps of the closing process, like booking with a notary and confirming receipt of wire transfers. The closing documents package was messy - it contained multiple typographical errors and random, blank duplicate forms. The closing attorney was very rude during my appointment here. He should be required to attend implicit bias training for his behavior and impolite comments.
