All of my closings with Heights title have gone smoothly. The communication between agents, buyers and sellers is always pleasant. Thank you Heights’s title!
I had an amazing experience closing at Heights Title today! They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and all the information needed to close the deal. They accommodated my clients' needs and made time for them when schedules changed and when extra paperwork was needed. Heights Title kept the transaction moving along smoothly and didn't even miss a beat! I am so thankful for the attention, quick responses and knowledge of Heights Title employees! I had a great experience with Heights Title. Their team provided excellent service from start to finish, communicated well throughout the process, and did a great job following up to keep everything on track. One thing I especially appreciated was that they came to our Hoover location for the closing, which made the process incredibly convenient for everyone involved. Professional, responsive, and easy to work with—I highly recommend Heights Title for anyone looking for a smooth closing experience.
Terrible. After significantly underestimating my home sale proceeds “on accident,” they still wired the wrong amount of money to my bank. Ultimately, they put the onus on me to return the funds and wait for them to send the right amount of money. Spent several hours on the phone with my bank over multiple days fixing their mistake and never once got a sincere apology…
