We have been going to Heights Pediatrics for fourteen years. The doctors in the practice are amazing diagnosticians. They genuinely care about their patients and families. They continue to go above and beyond for their patients and the Brooklyn Heights community. I should note that they helped my son (who was diagnosed with a serious neurological condition) get a second opinion in Philadelphia. If I have to give one star just to be able to get to this point, then i dont have a choice. I HATE THIS PLACE!!! Find a better place for your children. The receptionist is the rudest person I have ever met. She dont need to be interacting with the public. If you are having a bad day, stay away, she will make it even worse with her F U attitude.
