We had a appointment for my son today, we was 5 min late for check in which his appointment wasn’t until 10:30. When I walk up to the desk she said sorry but we have to reschedule due to you wasn’t on time! There was no one in the office! Also she was rude about it!
The rudest receptionist ever. We put up with it for too long thinking she would be let go soon. She is still there so we are out. She yelled at my wife and hung up on her today. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

Absolutely terrible service from the receptionist! My 5 MONTH old daughter had an ultrasound. All I wanted was the results or help locating them. This scum of a woman hung up on me 3x. And told me to Google the phone number to their office that had the results! No empathy whatsoever for the fact that a little baby even needed such a thing. Then she deliberately ignored the phone as I was trying to call for the number bc i didnt know what to Google in the first place! Horrible service ladies behind the desk rude, uncurtious, unhelpful, no enthusiasm, always seems to have attitude problems, always on there phone's when I walk in. Only place I had to wait like a whole hour or 2 everywhere else in and out wanna post this to save everyone else the trouble from this place
Thanks for the professionalism and great service. Appointment was at 8AM I was being seen at 8:02, the receptionist was on point as was the rest of the staff. If you're looking for a dentist I suggest that you try Harker Heights Smiles.
