I took my child yesterday to Dr. Zurita and I was so happy with the treatment I received. The staff is amazing and I love the decoration of the clinic. I would definitely RECOMMEND this dentist!!!
I took my child to Antoine Dental last week and they wanted to pull out my babies front teeth saying there was no hope in saving them. I wanted to look for a second opinion on having my babies teeth removed with him only being 1 year old. Ive been going here since I was little and the staff is very unprofessional. Not only do they not want to tell me how much it would cost to just remove my retainers by phone, they wont even answer the phone half the time. I would be put on hold for an half and a hour before i would hang up. The front ladies in orthodontists dont even bother to see that you are there; they prefer to gossip about patients in front of you. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I went today with my 3 kids and I was impressed with the Clinic. The staff and all the doctors were all very nice and actually knew what they were doing. It is so good to know that I am taking my children to a Specialist, my children were all seen by Dr. Zurita, I was in shock that he had 2 specialities. He is a Pediatric Dentist and an Orthodontist!!!!!! I got everything done in the same day and I also got a consultation for Braces! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST TO ANYONE WHO HAS KIDS! The place is BEAUTIFUL INSIDE!!!
The first time (and only time) that I went, they were remodeling so I had to go through the back door. I felt like I was going into an illegal clinic. It didnt even look like a dental office, everything looked dirty and cheap. The front ladies were all rude. All the chairs for dental work were in the same room, so you got to see the person next to you being worked on, or kids crying. I took my 6 year old daughter there and it was terrible. Its loud, chaotic, dirty, and there is no privacy. My daughter had a loose tooth that needed to be pulled as it hadnt fallen out. They didnt even wait to see if her gum was numb before giving her a shot and yanking it out. She was so terrified and traumatized it took a year for me to get her back in to another dentist. I found a great pediatric dentist in Tomball and the drive from the Heights is worth it.
I happen to love this clinic! I have read some of the reviews and these guys are all wrong! I was a patient here and i still am! I had braces and the clinic always took GREAT care of me!! As for the person who commented on the way that there colors werent right, let me ask you, IS THE COLOR ON YOUR BRACES GOING TO HELP STRAIGHTEN THEM OUT??...I DIDNT THINK SO!! This i a WONDERFUL facility and i would defiantly recommend this Dental Office!!!
There is no rate for the staff at Dr Zuritas office. I have never met the Dr personally so I couldnt even start with a comment with him. But if he is anything like the staff then I dont know how he has stayed in business this long. The ortho department has a supervisor named Nicole who is the most unprofessional person I have ever met in a medical profession. She needs customer training. The doctor should get online and read these post and make the necessary corrections in staff. He is upgrading his office to a more pleasant... read more
Doctors are great cant complain about them they know how to treat your kids. STAFF CANT EVEN MAKE A QUICK APPOINTMENT!! THEY MAKE YOU WAITE FOREVER ON THE PHONE FOR A SIMPLE APPOINTMENT!! I HAD TO CALL (3) TIMES FIRST CALL LASTED 8 min. SECOND CALL TOOK 10 min. THE THIRD TIME I CALLED I WAS ON HOLD FOR 22 min
