Awesome place! Doctors are great, the best prices on braces and they have friendly staff, worth the wait!
Great Staff! I have been coming to this office since 1996. My kids love coming to the Dentist. I have never seen such a beautiful and spacious clinic. The staff is incredible! You can also get same day appointments. Dr. Zurita is a Specialist in Children and an Orthodontist! Where in Houston can a Specialist see you for such a reasonable price? This office is in my opinion is 5 STARS!!!!
Awesome dentist and great staff! Dr. Zurita and his staff are very competent, experienced and qualified. I have taken my kids for more than 10 years. This place is the best hands down. I could not have asked for better service. The doctor wil give you a large discount if you dont have insurance. Highly recommend!
Terrible experience. The doctors are pretty good, but the staff is awful. They are very unprofessional. Especially one named Jackie. She was very disrespectful to my wife and I. When I asked for the office manager, she smirked and told be she was not in. I ve left messages for the manager to call me back (Claudia Salas). It s been 2 months, and she still has not called me back. They don t give you access to the doctor and there is no one that you can complain to. I have had a great experience with Dr. Zurita and his staff. I read the previous reviews, and had my friend not recommended him I would not have gone. I am so glad I did. He has an awesome team!! What a GREATexperience! I loved the friendly staff! Everyone is so nice. They saw all three of my kids and even had work done the same day. I definitely recommend this Dental Practice.
Worst Dentist office ever ! They always take forever even with an appointment. Majority of the staff is 2faced. A phone call to them impossible bc they keep you on hold for a long time as well& even hang up when they don t want to answer a question. They also have been doing illegal activities. This place is unbelievable !
10 stars for this office. I was there today with my children and had the best time I ve ever had at any dentist office. I called last week to make an appointment and the receptionists are THE BEST. I had a bunch of questions concerning all the changes to my children s Medicade and they answered everything and even helped me make my changes! The entire staff is GREAT!! I have a special child and I was recommended by my regular dentist. Im glad he recommended this office. Everyone is very friendly.I would especially like to thank Joanna the nurse that was there the whole time with my daughter and Gloria the office mgr that made the transition possible. My daughter loved the balloons and goodie bag!
