Doctor was condescending. They tried to upsell, they gave my partner (different patient) a BS diagnosis. Better off going to someone more honest. Yes, the review is intended for heights family dental in hood River Oregon & yes, I was a paying customer (I say customer cuz that’s how you look at people who walk in - I.e how much money can be squeezed)
I absolutely love coming to Heights Dental. The staff is always friendly and so is Dr. Prates. I will continue coming to get my teeth done here and I highly suggest others to come too. They always greet you with a smile 😊
