Love this complex! Great location! New HEB just opened right across the street! Staff is punctual and helpful with anything you need and they laugh at your jokes too! If there is an Apartment complex in Heaven the staff here are the ones that will be running it!

My wife and i love the Heights, quiet, peaceful, and well kept. That being said there are those folks who wont clean up after their pets and some that leave their junk mail on the grounds, but overall i give a 5star rating for the whole community, Amy and her staff are top notch and respond very quickly to any request we have. 5 stars The Heights is a sweet hideaway community that is beautiful and has great amenities. I have never been one who likes apartment living. However, I can truly say that I have been pleasantly surprised. We have a beautiful view of the preserve area, the staff are very accommodating and eager to please. They offer free laundry service twice a week and valet trash. The landscaping is beautiful and are maintained daily, not to mention they are very pet friendly. I just signed my lease for my third year! I love it here! Staff is professional. Grounds still look as good as new. Quiet place and nice amenities. Great management company!
I’ve been here for some time and I must say it has been good to us. Wish there was a basketball court tho.
Lisa and Kim were so sweet,helpful, and the list could go on. The tour was lovely, my husband and I can't wait to be apart of the community soon.
I am a new resident and I was moved down here for my Military job from Chicago/Fort Leonard Wood, MO. I had to complete most of my coordination either online or on the phone as I was away for training and Paige, Cassie, Kim, and at the time Jaime, were all very VERY helpful to me! Even now, they always make this Midwest transplant feel at home and like a member of the family!!!!
