RecommendedI’ve lived here almost 2years and have loved it. The office and maintenance staff are always prompt, professional and friendly. The pool is my fave!! Love living here!!
I have lived her for almost a year and have had a great experience! It is a great location. close to the the woodlands, right next to HEB! It is always clean and well kept. Any issues are addressed right away. The staff is great and Amy the manager is absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend to anyone.
I have been living at Heights at Harpers Preserve for almost 3 years and I absolutely love it. The office and maintenance staff keep the property clean and looking beautiful! Everyone is professional and so helpful. I love living here!

This is the only place where you have to pay not only to live but also to move out or leave this site, the Height of harper trace in the 242, has the peculiarity that it does not possess any other apartments throughout the woodlands area, Conroe or magnolia and surroundings areas, and is that this apartment complex charges you when you move in or out of there, talking to a lot of people who live or lived there and decided to move out I found out that they were all charged ir...Continue Reading

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful place to call home! Management and maintenance staff are great! Always take care of any issues or concerns in a timely manner. I have made great friends here as well. There are events for the residents throughout the year. New HEB and other stores right next door.
Love love this complex! Staff are amazing and a close commute to malls, shopping and best of all walking distance to the new HEB across the street!
