We moved into this complex in October the application process and signing the lease is all online so it was a very fast process for us. Whitney showed us the apartments and was so nice and helpful with any questions we had. Recently our hot water heater stopped working and we were able to do a maintenance request online. It was fixed first thing Monday morning and we were texted it was completed. I also received an email to make sure we were happy with the service. I have been happy with everything since we moved in!!
Maintenance is right on and most of the office help are very knowledgeable. Check it out....any questions ask for Amanda.
My stay here has been crazy the office help is great the maintenance is great Me being single and no animals have to put up with way more then I feel I should have to I think you should have kiddos and dogs families together I have a large dog and heavy steppers above me I think I should pay less then on top I can't sleep tell the ones above me do my for you that have dogs please have some consideration for us that don't I love dogs and I for one would never have a big dog in a little apt
