Move in date 830.00 move out date 920.00 that's being there 2 years. Do not stay more than a year because after the special you get screwed.
Nice complex, people are really friendly and the staff is helpful when asked random questions or when work is done they do a good job at resolving the issue as soon as possible.
I love this complex!! I have had wonderful experiences with all of the staff. They really go out of their way to make sure things are taken care of!
I absolutely love this complex. If I have an issue, I know that I can come into the office and have it resolved. The staff and maintenance team are always friendly and I enjoy the luxuries that they offer. Mostly, the management and staff work with you to ensure that you live comfortably while staying at their complex.
I want to say Thank You to your maintenance supervisor, Duck! He was very professional and is clearly well educated in his field. If I have anymore problems, I will be asking for him only! Thanks Duck!!
I cannot begin to describe my disgust at the deplorable customer service I experienced with the staff at this community. From being told facts that were not true and a complete failure to respond to multiple messages, the list goes on and on. My final frustration, being told I would receive a refund on the deposit I paid for a unit that was not really available, only to receive a partial refund 6 weeks later when a check finally arrived.
