It's a beautiful place to live! The maintenance is amazing. They have always been prompt, kind and courteous. The office staff is the most service oriented staff I have encountered in a long time! There has not be one single time I have gone into the office that everyone wasn't helpful, respectful and extremely kind! My family loves The Gates of Allen Station!
I have lived at the Gates for 2 years. I love the friendly staff. The maintenance guys are AWSOME!! The pool is beautiful and relaxing. And the landscaping is always at its best!!! Love ❤️ P.s. They also let you paint your walls colors.
