Nice apartments, lovely inside and outside, only problem, the price is just a little too steep.
I have lived here for a year, the grounds are ok, dog poop everywhere and even though we ALL put down a ridiculous pet deposit and pay for the “poo prints” it doesn’t seem to matter. Trash is left out almost everyday, unlike the lease states for Monday, Wednesday and Fridays, but again no enforcement. My neighbors are pound and inconsiderate. I have to put a service call in at least 2x a month for something that breaks constantly. I’m happy to say that my lease is up in two days and I’ll be on to better things.
This is the spot All around great atmosphere and beautiful, well taken care of property! The entire staff is spot on!
I called this complex last weekend to get more information as I am apartment hunting...The guy who answered the phone was ABSOLUTELY rude and disrespectful. Didn’t answer any of my questions... Y’all need to have a training meeting with your staff and touch base on costumer service and how to speak to potential residents, because that is most definitely not how to do it. �
I've lived in many places, and there is no better place to live in this day and age! I absolutely love the staff and I can't say enough about the customer service; very warm and friendly, but extremely professional! We didn't need much done to our apartment while we lived there, but when we requested maintenance to come out, I was shocked at how fast they were able to come! Honestly, wouldn't mind living here the rest of my life!! :P
The apartment complex is great place to stay. The staff is very polite and they will answer your questions in a timely fashion. Sean is a great leasing agent and and top notch. The property manager is on of nicest managers I have met.
Stars shouldn’t be in past tense, but so be it. The apt. is nice and so are the surroundings. I wish we could be as positive as the other folks, but right now as I’m writing this, the people above us sound like they’re fixing to come through the ceiling. They sound like they’re dropping heavy pieces of furniture, or something, and they do it often. Like every day, 7 days a week.
