Roaches. Everywhere. Don’t move here, you will regret it! The entire complex is infested.
This place violates the ADA by blocking off wheel chair ramps on sidewalks with parking spots and doesn't care about the safety of its residents. They do not listen to tenant complaints and the rent is going up — feeling fed up.
New amenity package... 7000 + square foot pet Park, new outdoor kitchen with 2 stainless steel gas grills, new fitness center with state-of-the-art Precor equipment, newly renovated pools, updated interiors, awesome new staff and much much more!

bad service never fix problems and crime
Worst apartments I had ever lived in I DO NOT recommend anyone moving in here they are way over priced and just very poor indoor quality and management is so rude I can't wait till my contract is over it will be the HAPPIEST DAY OF MY LIFE! WHATEVER YOU DO DONT FALL FOR THEIR STUFF.
I've lived here for 2 1/2 years and can't say everything is great. My emails don't get responded to. 25 dollars for trash pick up is ridiculous, just a way for them to make money. The pool closest to my apartment is GREEN again. It might have been clean a month this summer. The pool is the only amenities at this complex and it's not usable.
