Great attention to detail and professionalism.
Thanks for getting me in on a virtual moments notice. After 3 days (the Labor Day weekend) of pain and the thought of doing a 24hr 'doc in the box' place on International Drive for some relief.....getting in and have Skip and Jessica was amazing. H and H have been the choice of other members of my family.........and I guess I'm added as well.

After my first visit with Paul Heidrich, I called my mom and told her to transfer all of my siblings' dental records over to Heidrich & Heidrich because my first visit at his office was exceptional. I normally have anxiety going to the dentist but as soon as I met with Dr. Heidrich, all of my anxiety went away. He was great at explaining my dental situation and even showed me pictures of areas of concern. The staff is always Great, the cleaning and xrays were easy and detailed to make sure my teeth and gums are healthy. My appointments are always on time.
Best office and staff! Everyone is friendly, prompt and the quality of service and care is excellent. Issues I needed to be aware of were shown to me and explained how to better take care of these areas.
The best dentist EVER!!! I have been a patient there since 1981 and wouldn't go anywhere else.
Both Paul, Skip, and the entire staff are amazing! They are all very knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly. I am somewhat of a nervous wreck in a dentist chair, and they always end up making me laugh. Plus, they only do the work that I need, and do a far better job that any of my previous dentists.
