We had a great visit! Kathy is always wonderful about allowing Beatrice to be a "helper" in the back, which makes is a pleasant for both girls.
Dr. Skip Heidrich made a lifetime customer out of me. My family has been going to this office for decades now (and I myself when I was younger), and they were very perturbed to hear that we were not currently going to see Drs Heidrich after moving back to Orlando from out of state. Felt welcomed and comfortable form the beginning. Not much waiting time at all. Very friendly professional staff. Having a pet in the office certainly makes a huge difference in the level of anxiety of visiting a dentist. Excellent experience. I will recommend to my friends

I am glad Heidrich & Heidrich are my dentists. Kathy Deglomine is super! Yes I did have to wait awhile for my last appt. but that has been the only time. I always bring a good book to read with me so don't mind at all if I have to wait 15-20 minutes.
