Dr. Paul and Jenny were fabulous. They spoke to me in a language that I fould understande (I did have to apologize to them for my "sailor mouth" They made me feel comfortable.
The only things that would improve your patients' experiences would be complimentary cocktails, a breakfast buffet or paying the patients to show up for dental services. In lieu of those changes, I can't imagine how you could provide a more pleasant environment.

A massage would be nice, but not from Paul or Skip. Well...maybe Skip but definitely not Paul.
The local anesthesia impacted me more than I realized. I should not have been driving.ran a curb and tore 2 tires. Next time I will know better and come by Taxi.

Everyone I met were friendly and inviting, the atmosphere was inviting and open everyone was helpful and a pleasure to be with as well as funny,friendly and I felt they were actually interested in my overall comfort and health. My experience was comfortable and non threatening taking the fear out of dentist appointment. Thanks everyone. See you again soon.
