I love this office! I'm a new patient and have posted on FB, with their business card and have several people who are going to be calling them.
Everyone was very courteous, etc.
Dr.Heidrick wants to see me Sunday. To make some adjustments to the partial. Plz touch base with him on a time line. The mornings are better for me, but I am available at the doctor's discretion. You can e-mail me back or call 407) 209-9226. I do have a burr on the left side of the partial. Not too bad but annoying. Kathy treats my sensitive teeth with the utmost care. I love the numbing gel!! If you have a question about your teeth, services or products offered she makes sure you are totally informed. I asked about how bonding some of my worn down teeth. She explained the process and also made an appointment right after my cleaning for Dr. Paul to bond them. I think the name of the girl cleaning my teeth was Sheryl or sheran, She did a good job and gave me many helpful suggestions for my dental care.
Kathy is an excellent hygienist! Very thorough and won't miss anything - I leave with a squeaky clean mouth every 6 months! Thank you, Kathy, for your persistent work in my mouth and all of the advice you give me each visit. I look forward to coming back in 6 months for an even better report!
