Heidi has been helping me pick frames for about 20 years and she has never steered me wrong. She picks frames that I would never choose for myself and I always love her choices. I was just in today and so excited to see Heidi because I wanted new frames. Dr. Baker is wonderful, she is friendly and never makes you feel rushed if you have questions. The entire staff is so nice and friendly.

Just picked up new glasses at HeidiOptics - what a great find! Dr. Baker nailed my prescription (my old glasses were too strong - no wonder I was having issues!) and Heidi found just the right frames. Plus she delivered in a week (!!). This is SO much better than the chain places...and (as a side benefit) Heidi is an absolute hoot! Best place for prescription glasses in Pittsburgh, hands down!
A huge thank you to Heidi Optics for fixing my glasses. I come from Italy, I'm studying at WVU in Morgantown and nobody in West Virginia could repair my Mykita Mylon. I was about to send them back home, but finally I found Heidi Optics in Pittsburgh: they fixed them immediately, using original pieces...and without charging me! You made my day! Wonderful store, with a great staff! It was a pleasure! See you soon in Italy, next time you come, I'll make you fall in love with Milan!
I have been for exams at other places but I love Heidioptics. Their exams are thorough and I simply love their frames and the results of the prescriptions. Other glasses from other place have always been less than satisfactory.
