They said we didn’t need to come in and then I spent days calling and trying to get the medications we needed. Once they finally did send them of course what they sent wasn’t covered by Medicaid!! So I had to keep calling for them to resend a generic. Do they not know to prescribe generic to patients with Medicaid…? So that patients can actually get the medicine?? I genuinely wonder.
