Great bedside manners and she is highly knowledgeable. She was fantastic in diagnosing and treating my son.
I had been in the emergency room all day and had received four shots of narcotics to relieve my headache. I had been asleep most of the time but was very awake as Dr Kapanka was coming on duty. I heard the doctor leaving tell her that my problem was probably tension because I felt better when he put his hand on my head. Went into the Roy instacare been having problems for 2 weeks. Dr Kapanka said that my condition was due to allergies. I told her I had dark green to black snot in the mornings. She said she didn’t believe me. She would not help me! Had to go back to insta care because my symptoms were getting worse. Mucus was starting to come out of my eyes. I have a bad sinus invention. Dr Kapanka in not there to help you. Request someone else when you go into the insta care
