2 stars because of Dr. Zach! Love him!! I had a very disappointing experience with this eye doctor’s office. From the start, the level of professionalism was lacking. Communication was unclear, and staff seemed disorganized.. What concerns me most were the unauthorized charges. I was billed for services and gave card for asked amount.
