I had a disappointing experience with Heffner Toyota Service for my Camry. As soon as my free service period ended, they started making various recommendations—many of which were never suggested in the last two years during my free services. 2 hours for a simple tire changeover even with an appointment. For context, i am a licensed 310S tech. I used to work at Heffner Lexus and it should take less than an hour for a tire changeover over. Service advisor was nice. There is not excuse for a tire changeover over to take 2 hours. Even if they are short staffed appointments need to be made/rescheduled accordingly. I had a standby appointment and the team was able to see me that evening. I was greeted by Taylor in a welcoming manner. I was asked if I would like to have my vehicle washed at the end of my service, which was a wonderful bonus. I love how kind the service team is.
Recently had brakes done on my RAV4. Taylor was my service advisor. She was great to work with. Very friendly and straightforward which I appreciate. Even managed to save me a few bucks by checking on the lifetime pad warranty without me asking. She also called me after I dropped it off, to ask if I wanted the stone chip in my windshield filled in, which was a service I didn’t know they offered. Overall a very good experience. I will definitely request her for future visits.
