Service department. Friendly staff. Way overbooked or poor management. Waited over 4 hours for a tire rotation and fluid top up. I understand it's tire season and it is busy but that is unacceptable. How in the world are you 3 hours behind 3 hours after you opened? Why even make an appointment?
I purchased a car from here in 2020 and had a great experience. Friendly staff, welcoming and eager to show me around and get me the car I wanted.
