Amazing sales staff, would recommend for buying a vehicle! We came back for service because it was complimentary after purchasing our vehicle. Service experience afterwards was horrible. Took 4 hours to get winter tires on, would not recommend the service department sadly

on November 13, 2025 I went into the Toyota dealership In kitchener. I was visiting Jennifer in the loop shop and although being shortstaffed. The work was done professionally effectively, and I didn’t notice any time delays because of the short staff. They just stepped it up and did a great job.
