We didn’t end up buying from Heffner (we ended up finding a lease return elsewhere because of price of new VS lease return), but if we were to purchase new, we would have bought from Jake. He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable while walking us through all the ins and outs of the Lexus we were looking at, and was also super responsive over email. Purchased a used vehicle from the dealer this Summer. The service department made some mistakes but the salesperson Erfan was very supportive and straightened things out for me. Despite the issue I would still recommend this dealer and come back.
Buying a car like you imagine it should be!! No gimmicks or untrustworthy sales reps. We experienced a smooth and extremely professional service throughout the entire process of purchasing a pre owned vehicle. The car was professionally detailed upon pickup.
