Dr. Pankaj is great, really the only reason we considered coming back after the first few terrible experiences. Dr. Thakkar is OK, but the rest of the staff and facilities are terrible. They are rude, unwilling to help, and lazy. I had a wait time of over 2 1/2 hours, without so much as a sorry the Dr. is running behind or any explanation whatsoever. I was told to specifically ask for Dr. P when scheduling my apt, which I did, only to be sent back to Dr. T. Currently looking for a new doctor.
