My son has been a patient for 6 months. We are going to get a new pediatrician. This office is terrible. The waiting room is packed to bursting. The staff are interested in getting through the motions as swiftly as possible. No real doctor relationship. If you like waiting in a packed room for an hour before the staff cruise through the motions to get you out quickly, this is the doctor for your child.
Dr. Thakkar is amazing. She has been my pediatrician since I was born. She makes an amazing effort to work with people and really get to know them. Dr. Thakkar knows a lot and has always helped me whether it be a small issue or a big issue. She is the only doctor that I actually feel comfortable talking to. For anyone that is on the fence, I highly recommend her if you want a personalized doctor who cares about your well being. Dr.thakkar is really good but her front desk staff are rude. I've been coming here since 2011
Ive taken my boys to her since they were born, and she has always been very good to my family. My oldest is 12 and youngest is 8 who had a few issue when born and dr thakkar was very helpfull throughout the whole ordeal. Thankgod my son is pefectly fine now.
I love this place. She was my Dr when I was growing up and now she is my kids Dr. Every time I come to her office everyone treats me and my kids like family. ????
Dr. Thakkar has seen my kids for several years and we love her. She is so sweet and smart and always gets us in when we need it. We love her and my sister in law also comes here.
Terrible, terrible terrible place: STAY AWAY! - Staff is rude and un professional, you seem to bother them all the time. - NEVER on time: We usually were attended 1h45 LATE average - Waiting room without any entertainment for kids - Dr Thakkar doesn't care about patient: barely answers your questions, perfoms 30 seconds check up and leaves - They charged us 25$ for a form to be signed for daycare... 25$! STAY AWAY!!!
Very quick so have all questions written down before hand, very busy office... Long wait short visit time. Not helpful. Staff can be very rude mainly front desk, so be polite smile and hope for the best!
