The office manager was rude and implied I made constant mistakes when writing down my appointment schedule. I discovered that they had changed all the times I had previously scheduled in person. I would NOT go there expecting processions and competence.
Very expensive! You pay a copay for every single radiation therapy visit they schedule and arrange for you under the ordering provider. I was unaware I owed that much money because they conveniently do not ask for it as sign in with each visit, which is quite normal and accepted to do at other medical visitations. Instead, they bill you later and you received an unexpected large bill all at once, based on your insurance provider copay requirements. Mine was $30 each!
Finished treatment of low radiation therapy today . Extremely satisfied with the staff and initial results . Staff goes out of their way to accommodate you in anyway they can super friendly and professional. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.
This was the best place I've ever been to get help for my issues. Everyone in this office were friendly and treated you like you were their best friend.🤗 All of you
