We truly cannot recommend Hedy highly enough. Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions we've ever made, and from day one Hedy made us feel like she was completely invested in helping us find the right home, not just a home. At every step, we felt informed, supported, and confident because we knew she always had our family's best interests in mind. What sets Hedy apart is her honesty. She never tried to sell us on a house or rush us into making a decision. In fact, she often pointed out things we never would have notic... read more

As a first-time home buyer new to the Seattle area, I found Hedy Long to be extremely knowledgeable, resourceful and patient. She understood and accommodated my needs and objectives, even though they changed several times based on many different factors as I explored my options in different cities and neighborhoods. She offered me sound advice along the way, never pressured or rushed me into any decisions, and made the process as easy as possible. When I found the house I loved, she gave me great advice to present the best o... read more

Hedy is a more than a five star rating agent. She is Top Notch! Our experience with her on our home sale is not simply a business transaction but more of a first class well above and beyond personal treatment. From the moment we are introduced to her by our friend (who she helped with their home buy and condo sale) to past our closing, she has been consistently keeping in touch and guiding us navigate through this very strange market. She is always available to answer our question any day and even late at night. Though ... read more

We have worked with Hedy on four different occasions (buy; buy; sell & buy) over the past 15 years, so we have experience with her as both a buyer and as a seller agent. In our opinion, you cannot find a better R/E agent in the Settle/Tacoma market area! While she has worked with us previously, Hedy approached each transaction by spending time to learn about our needs/wants and tailoring her approach based on the feedback we provided. During each transaction, Hedy displayed her deep knowledge of the market, as well as her un... read more

Hedy is just the most caring, knowledgeable and amazing agent you could ask for. I had not been looking for a home that long before she found the perfect home for me. She is direct, quick, professional, responsive, always available to find an answer for you, and a great negotiator. As a first-time homebuyer, Hedy explained the process so well to me. Even after my offer was accepted (first offer for me), she helped me redesign the space and had a contact for every single need. I appreciate her so much. Hedy is now a friend an... read more
