Dirty building - the cleaner likes to dump lots of bleach on the lobby floors and in the elevators, but doesn't do much else.. stained hallway carpet, dirt smudges and stains on walls, etc. For a fairly new building, it looks quite beat up. The outside dumpsters are often overflowing, and some tenants frequently smoke weed and cigarettes right at the entrance to the parking lot.. which is gross and not a good look for visitors coming to the building.
