Dirty building - the cleaner likes to dump lots of bleach on the lobby floors and in the elevators, but doesn't do much else.. stained hallway carpet, dirt smudges and stains on walls, etc. She also tried to walk right into my suite once.. a couple loud knocks and then started jiggling the door handle - apparently got the wrong floor and wrong suite number - needs to get her eyesight checked. These people were terrible to me. I am a person with severe mental health issues, which we made them aware and they allowed our neighbors to bully us to an extent we had to leave. Better management is necessary
My move-out experience was very disappointing. Before I moved out, Sergio inspected my unit and required me to fill every picture hook hole and repaint the spots using the paint he provided. I followed his instructions exactly, but the paint didn’t match the existing wall color, leaving visible patches. They then charged me $300 because of the color difference. What makes this even more frustrating is that I lived here for only one year, and there were already obvious paint color inconsistencies on the ceiling from their own... read more
I have lived here for almost six years at Hedstrom House and have the wonderful experience and opportunity to live in such a place that is like a great harmonious community! Sergio is one of the best managers that I have ever had the pleasure to work with! I just love living here and recommend this apartment/community to any future tenants!
