The Hedin House Office is NOT a Safe Space. For over six years, I've had an extremely negative experience with Hedin House Property Management and Maintenance. The community letters are misleading. Incident reports are consistently dismissed, leading to unresolved issues and a sense of disregard for resident safety and well-being. Overall I, inparticular has had a great and wonderful experience living here at Hefin House Apartments.Management is adequate and punctional! They are really understanding!

The staff is really helpful ,they do a wonderful job in helping me. Really love the decorations it really brighten up the place . Amazing job give the place life. Nice a clean however sometimes can't make it up stairs for the bathroom. Would like if we had access to the restroom doing normal business hours. The location is convenient helps me out alot when needing to do public transportation. The staff does a awesome job& maintain the up keeps of the building as well as the activity to help us out.
