There are not enough words to explain how grateful I am to Dr. Pombo and his Staff. The experience was top notch (from the pre-consultation visit to the post follow-up appointment). The Doctor's knowledge is impressive. I always try to find a doctor that is the best at what they do (over just being a nice doctor); However, with Dr. Pombo you not only get the best surgeon, but you also get the amazing treatment. I was referred to Dr. Pompo by my primary Doctor Dr. Fields and he also had a Hernia operation by Dr. Pompo. I would highly recommend this surgeon he is very honest and keeps you informed on your procedure as an outpatient. The hernia operation is healing well. I loved the fact that Memorial Hospital issued all my medications from their Pharmacy so when I was discharged I didn't have to go my Pharmacy. Thanks to Dr. Pompo and staff.
Dr. Hector Pombo is a kind, respectful, and knowledgeable professional. He is not only an amazing Doctor but also a beautiful human being. He is always willing to help and serve his patients. I arrived to his office with panic and uncertainty. However, as time passed by, I noticed how experienced he is, and this got me confident to put my health on his hands. He removed my thyroid successfully, and I am doing very well after treatment. I will always be grateful to Dr. Pombo, and recommend him to my family and friends.
Based on an evaluation for a possible surgical procedure I was considering, Dr Pombo impressed me with the time he spent explaining, examining and generally putting me at ease. I don’t think I’ve met a doctor who has impressed me more on an initial visit. And this review is totally unsolicited!
I was blessed to have Dr. Pombo as my doctor/suregeon. I would recommend him to everyne. He is a true professional who truely cares about his patients. He took the time to explain my illness and surgery to me and checked upon me everyday while I was in the hospital. One time I was hospitalized for 14 days. Highly recommended. His bedside manner is the best I have received. And his staff (Karen/Merci) are very professional, personal and caring.
Dr. Hector Pombo assisted me during my 2 recents admissions in Memorial West Miramar Hospital, Florida, due to an Intestinal Obstruction. He was very caring and professional all the time and explained very well my medical condition and answered all the questions that I had.
El mejor doctor
Dr Pombo is caring, dedicated and my bilateral hernia surgery went extremely well, better than I expected. Minimal pain and recovery was one week. Dr Pombo is an excellent doctor.
