I'm giving a one because I couldn't give a 0. When I arrived for my appointment the receptionist refused to let me be seen because she said I needed to give her 200 something dollars in order to be seen today because they couldn't find my referral from my doctor When I told her nobody informed me of this ahead of time and I did not have the money was there a way I could be seen and we can bill it she said no if I didn't pay the money right then and there then she was canceling my appointment after I was already there and too... read more
Everyone in this office have been wonderful with me. Every visit I have had prompt service, wait time for my dr, Dr. Mateo, is less than 5 minutes, and he listens to your concerns about how you feel. When checking out, the girls are as quick as possible and all together my experience with this office is excellent and I highly recommend Dr. Mateo...who I might add was head pulmonologist at Charlton Memorial when the pandemic started.. so He is a front line HERO in my eyes!
