Our Family have been going here for almost 16 years now for all our oil changes, inspections and repairs! They have never let us down! The mechanics are the greatest! Brendan the owner is honest and trust worthy which is a big PLUS in the automotive world! Brendan also went above and beyond to help us with the repair of one of our cars that was in a fender bender not just with the mechanics repair part but also the body repair part too! They did a brand new engine and clutch job on my Mustang GT. The work was well done and professional. I was sold on the place already. I came back to have my clutch adjusted today (routine adjustment no problems) and my car was making a terrible sound. They immediately jumped in for a test ride and quickly diagnosed the simple issue was bad baffles in the muffler. As a woman who has been given the "dumb broad" treatment by other service centers, there is nothing greater than having an amazing mechanic that you trust. I've been taking every vehicle my family owns, both foreign and domestic, to Hecktown for 14 years. They are respectful and never try to sell or fix something you dont need. Every time the job is done right, the staff is friendly and I feel confident that the work is done at a fair cost, with no "dealer markup." Love Hecktown Service Center.
