Everyone was nice and very friendly All work done was excellent Everything was explained before hand.
It's nice to know we have a dental office right in our community that doesn't take weeks to get into when you have a dental emergency arise. And every single person in the office goes out of their way to provide a comfortable, pleasant experience. Well done, Dr. Heck and Dr. Heck!
I have been a patient of the Heck Family Dentistry office for a number of years. They offer exceptional service with a high level of professionalism. This is truly an A+ business.
It was my very first time going there after seeing the same dentist for over 35 years, and they were awesome. I felt good about going there from the time I walked in to the review of my problem to booking my next appioment to have a tooth pulled. They answered all my questions and was very concerned about hurting me when looking at my bad tooth. I would highly recommend them to anyone and if you are scared to go see a dentist then they are for you!!
The Hecks and their staff are great at what they do; I always feel welcome walking in, and I've never left in pain. To those who may visit, their new location is very nice, but expect a bit of Christian decor and music. It's tastefully done, but the OSU stuff at their old office was more fun.
Very Warm Welcome from everyone in the office and I felt that quality time was spent and that all my questions and concerns were addressed. I felt very cared for and that is very important in a dental setting. Thank You

Dr's Jerry and Michelle Heck are very thorough, give us options, show genuine concern for our dental health and their team of professionals are always pleasant, helpful, and kind.
