I was there a couple of hours on Tuesday. Very good experience.
They are professional and so friendly. They go out of their way to make sure my kids are calm and comfortable.
Always pleasant. The staff are always polite and friendly. Had my teeth cleaned and 2 of them filled. Even though that's what I had done. They always make it quick and easy. Thank you everyone there. May you all have a Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year.
As always, entire staff was friendly and caring. Treatment was as painless as possible and I felt extremely comfortable the whole time. Family Practice describes it perfectly, you feel part of a large family there. The entire staff is amazing! I would never go anywhere else. I have never had to go back for a reocurring issue. They do things right the first time. Quality is just as high as the friendliness.
Outstanding service and nobody judged us on medical and dental issues. Very much so I will be recommending this facility.
The staff and dentists at Heck Family Dentistry go above and beyond. Unfortunately, I recently had to have an extraction, and have extremely high anxiety when going to dental appointments. Each of the staff members I dealt with that day (front office, dental assistants, dentist) kept me calm and genuinely cared about my comfort. Had a filling today. Dr Jerry, Missy and Kirsten were an absolute delight! When's the last time you laughed while getting a filling?
