My Son recommended I try Heck Family Denistry for my dental care. I was a new patient and was able to get an appointment the same day I called. I had a toothache and needed To be seen right away. After some ex-rays and some initial tests, we had a plan of action. I was very happy with Dr. Michelle Heck and feel confident with her service.
Very knowledgeable staff who do a very thorough exam. I learned more about my teeth than I ever thought I knew. I've never before had such a thorough exam with staff explaining everything along they way. Very clean office! Super friendly, helpful staff. I love the Christian environment!!
I have serious oral problems and was concerned about finding a dentist familiar with my conditions and would take the proper precautions when giving dental treatment without exacerbating my problems. Katie, the dental assistant gave me the most thorough interview and dental exam that I have ever experienced. Katie and Dr. Michelle have convinced me that I have come to the best place possible to receive proper treatment.
I don't really think you can put into words the experience you receive from Dr. Heck and his staff. They are absolutely amazing! Dr. Heck and his team have so much knowledge, are extremely friendly and always puts their patients first. You are never rushed out of the office, because they actually care to take the time to discuss any and every concern you have. I love going here!!
The office is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The hygienists are congenial, gentle, and do a great job.The dentists are experts at their craft, knowledgeable, and very concerned with patient well-being. The entire staff, from first welcome to making the next appointment, is just top-notch!
