** Over The Top ** – My name is Mor. when I originally called Hecht I called about a 1 bedroom on the upper west side advertised by Ben it was a no fee, I was sure that when I would call I would hear the same story (this is rented and I have another one just like it with a fee) However that was not the case. Perfection – is the only word to describe this company – I made an appointment with an agent of the Hgrny group when I showed up they actually waited for me in the conference room with paperwork as well as water, no joke. When I visited other brokers I was told to wait, here I was told to come in. well there was a huge list of apartments including the one I called for.
