I've just called this place to enquire information pertaining to home health care and I specified everything to her and she told me that they don't cover my area. Okay, fine, but she was rather dry and rude and when I thanked her for her time to hear me out, she just literally hung up the phone. That was rude as hell and I'm glad to have dodged that bullet even if they did cover my area. You don't have to worry, ma'am....NO THANKS!
Good
Very unhahppy with this company. They were assigned to provide home health aid for my disabled father through the VA. They lack organization and do not communicate effectively. The aids were okay, but working with the office was difficult, and when I called the VA to file a complaint, they quit providing care for my father without notice.
