My wife dropped off an expensive cocktail ring on12/4 as sapphire stone fell out. Owner Mendy said she would call this week with cost as we have to get insurance approval. No call. Wife has called number listed on the "ticket" and the phone just rings and then we are told to call back. We've probably done this 20 times! Went to store yesterday during business hours only to find out from another person in the area that this business is rarely open at all. Dropped off gold bracelet on 11/14, with their promise to repair 1 link in 7-10 days……. They did not complete, and what is worse is they do not answer their phone, they do not allow voice message, and are rarely open on stated days. Finally found someone in store today, work not completed (one month). I would rate this business ZERO stars.
I showed up with something I purchased online to verify the authenticity. The two sweet ladies were happy to help me out. Next time I need to go gift shopping for something shiny I'll be swinging by here. Outstanding hospitality and very nice store. Thanks again for your help!
