First few times we went was fine. They seemed nice and I figured we'd found our groomer, but the last 2/3 times my dog didn't seem to want to go. I assumed she just didn't appreciate getting groomed but this time you can see they nicked her. She's a poodle and was matted in the area, but i would assume you would try to be more careful and at least mention it when returning my dog but instead they didn't say anything and were also rude to my mom when she picked her up.
