2019 Subaru Ascent - they jumped right on the issue, sent me a quote the same day, and had me back on the road the following day. The price was fair, the work was quality, it was done quickly. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.
I’ve never seen a repair shop like this before. After spending a long time checking and they told me, “We can’t fix your car.” Report even said, “Recommend going to the dealer or someone can repair European cars.” If they don’t know how to fix Euro cars, why take the job in the first place? Hard not to feel like they just wanted to charge for the inspection fee!
